Terms of Use

Last updated: 31 October 2026

These terms apply when you use EuFalo, a website and voice tutor for practising Portuguese (the "Service"). The Service is provided by SIA Molssoft Latvija, registration no. 40003797566, Zīļu iela 46, Baldone, Ķekavas novads, LV-2125, Latvia ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

EuFalo lets you speak Portuguese out loud and get spoken replies from an AI tutor. The Service is under active development: features may change, be added or be removed, and it may sometimes be unavailable.

The tutor is an automated system. Its replies, corrections and feedback may contain mistakes and are not a substitute for a qualified teacher or an official language certificate.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you create an account, the information you give must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.

3. Free use

Guests can try a limited number of free turns without an account. To keep this fair, free turns are counted per internet connection: per IP address, or per network for IPv6. We may change or end the free allowance at any time.

4. Paid plans

If we offer paid plans, the price, the included usage and the billing period are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time, and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. If you ask us to start the Service straight away and use it during that period, you will pay for the part already used. If you withdraw, we refund any remaining amount within 14 days.

We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close access that breaks these rules.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to what you say and write. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the Service: transcribing it, generating replies and, for account holders, showing your history and feedback. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Our content

The Service, including its software, design, texts and the EuFalo name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal learning, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute it.

8. Liability

We provide the Service with reasonable care but cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free or suited to a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data, profit or opportunity, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, if you break these terms or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue a paid plan, we refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service develops. The date at the top shows the latest version. If the changes are significant, we will tell account holders in advance. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@molssoft.lv and we will try to resolve it. Consumers can also contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (ptac.gov.lv).
