Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data EuFalo collects when you use this website and the voice tutor, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
EuFalo is operated by SIA Molssoft Latvija, which is the data controller: registration no. 40003797566, VAT no. LV40003797566, Zīļu iela 46, Baldone, Ķekavas novads, LV-2125, Latvia. For any privacy question or request, write to info@molssoft.lv.

We do not use your recordings to train AI models, we do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Who processes data for us
We share data only with service providers who need it to run EuFalo, under data processing agreements:
- ElevenLabs: speech-to-text and text-to-speech. Your recordings and the reply text are sent to ElevenLabs for processing.
- Hosting provider: runs the server and database where account data is stored.
- Stripe: payment processing, if you subscribe. We never see or store your full card number.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case the transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
4. Cookies
The site uses only strictly necessary cookies: when you sign in, a session cookie keeps you logged in. These cookies do not need consent. We use no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
5. Microphone access
Your browser asks for permission before the site can use your microphone. Audio is recorded only while you hold the talk button, and you can withdraw permission at any time in your browser settings.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To use any of these rights, email info@molssoft.lv. We reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Latvia this is the Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as hashes, and access to the server and database is restricted.
8. Children
EuFalo is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them; if you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the service develops. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If the changes are significant, we will tell account holders by email.
